Exceptional
We loved everything about this hotel. The staff, facilities - everything were 6 stars! We super appreciated the family lounge where our family waited out our flight out to sydney. Concierge was awesome - even brought us and our luggage to the airport shuttle. Simply the best hotel we've ever stayed in.
That we only had 1 night to stay. Simply not enough time to enjoy all the facilities.

They were ready to help us and very kind and nice
I hope they will have a babysitter service next yearrrrrrrr so many things to enjoy but not enough time with kids
